General forecasts
The Consumer declares to be informed:
a) on the main characteristics of the goods;
b) on the fact that the seller is Campo al Pero S.S.A., with registered office in Via del Casone Ugolino, 12

c) that the total price of the goods is services inclusive of taxes and that all additional shipping and delivery costs may be charged to them;
d) who has the right of withdrawal as specified below;
e) that the following payment methods are accepted: Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard); PayPal.
Orders - Reservation of products not available and located outside the warehouse
The consideration for any order must be paid in full in advance and will be shipped as soon as the product is available.
The Customer is aware that, by sending the order to Campo al Pero S.S.A., he unreservedly accepts all the provisions contained in the general terms and conditions of sale of this contract, of which he was informed by accessing the site and of which he is fully aware in order to have them read and understood. The Customer is aware that, by sending the order to Campo al Pero S.S.A., he undertakes to observe the aforementioned provisions. If he does not agree with the content of some or all of the related provisions relating to the general terms and conditions of sale, we ask him the courtesy not to send the order for the purchase of products, refraining from the purchase.
Warranty
The Consumer, as defined in art. 3 of the Consumer Code (hereinafter, "Consumer Code", Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206), has the right to avail itself of the legal guarantee provided by the Consumer Code itself in articles 128 to 132. This Guarantee among other things, the Consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, denounces Campo al Pero S.S.A.. any lack of conformity found by the Consumer in the product purchased within 2 (two) months of discovery (Article 132, Consumer Code). Following this complaint, the Consumer will have the right to request the repair or replacement of the Product, without prejudice to the other rights provided by law in favor of the Consumer. By virtue of the aforementioned legal guarantee, Campo al Pero S.S.A.. is responsible for any lack of conformity which occurs within 2 (two) years from the delivery of the product. Beyond this term, Campo al Pero S.S.A., therefore, will not be responsible for the lack of conformity found by the consumer. In case of replacement or repair of the Product, the terms of the warranty relating to the Product given in replacement or resulting from the repair, are the same as the original product. Therefore, the total two-year duration of the legal guarantee will in any case start from the delivery of the original product. In order to take advantage of the guarantee, we recommend that you show the purchase document. In any case, for the regulation of the legal guarantee, reference is made to the rules of the Consumer Code referred to in Articles 128 and following.
This guarantee is provided limited to the territory of the Italian Republic, the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino ("Legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods) provided for by Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code (Article 128 ss .).
The products are guaranteed, for the duration indicated above and within the territory identified above, if they have defects / vices of conformity. Any liability of the seller is excluded, and therefore the operation of the guarantee is excluded, if the product itself has not been used correctly, in compliance with the intended use and as provided in the technical documentation or in the attached instructions for use.
This guarantee is issued solely in favor of the Customer who is a Consumer pursuant to the Consumer Code.
Loss and / or damage in Shipment / Transportation:
The Customer is invited to examine the product upon delivery in order to verify its identity and status. In the event that the product is damaged / affected by defects at the time of delivery, the Customer is invited not to receive the goods: the Customer must return the goods to the carrier at the time of delivery and report to the carrier himself the presence of defects / discrepancy. The Customer also undertakes to inform Campo al Pero S.S.A. of the presence of damage / discrepancies and / or loss of the product, providing the information with photo reproductions certifying the presence of any defects / discrepancies. Campo al Pero S.S.A. is not responsible for damage and / or loss of things delivered to the carrier for transport pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1693 of the Italian Civil Code
For damages and / or loss of the product occurring in the time lapse between the moment in which the things are delivered by the sender to the carrier until the moment in which they are returned to the recipient, only the carrier will respond.
Spedizione
All products will be shipped the next working day after the order and will be delivered within 30 (thirty) days of the conclusion of the contract.
Upon collection by the courier, the customer will be provided with the tracking code for tracing the goods.
No responsibility can be ascribed to Campo al Pero S.S.A. for the execution of deliveries in a time longer than the time span identified above.
We do not carry out shipments intended to be delivered outside the territory of the Italian Republic.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order.
The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent is applied to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent price changes.
Purchase Order Cancellation
In addition to the provisions of the following art. 8, the Customer can cancel their Order and can proceed with the cancellation within 24 (twenty-four) hours of payment, at no additional cost.
Withdrawal from the contract
8.1.) The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from when he comes into possession of the purchased good and is not required to provide any reasons. The direct costs relating to the return of the goods to Campo al Pero S.S.A. are fully borne by the Consumer.
8.2.) For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Consumer, who must communicate his decision to Campo al Pero S.S.A., can use the withdrawal form referred to in Annex A and send the latter electronically to Campo al Pero S.S.A. or can send Campo al Pero S.S.A. by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, another written declaration of its decision to withdraw from the contract.
8.3.) The Consumer has validly and effectively exercised his right of withdrawal if the communication referred to in the previous art. 8.2.) Is sent to Campo al Pero S.S.A. before the withdrawal period expires.
8.4.) Campo al Pero S.S.A. will notify the Consumer by e-mail of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
8.5.) In the event of withdrawal, Campo al Pero S.S.A. will reimburse the Consumer for payments received within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the communication referred to in the previous art. 8.2.), Using the same payment method used by the Consumer. Campo al Pero S.S.A. unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and on condition that he does not have to incur any costs as a consequence of the reimbursement. Campo al Pero S.S.A. is not required to reimburse the additional costs, if the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered by the professional.
8.6. In the event of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the goods to Campo al Pero S.S.A. within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated to the professional his decision to withdraw from the contract. The Consumer can decide whether to return the goods himself to Campo al Pero S.S.A. or, alternatively, whether to deliver the goods to an authorized third party. The Consumer is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a use of the goods other than normal due to the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
8.7. The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or personalized.

Consent to the processing of personal data
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 6 and 9 of EU Reg. 679/2016, once the information provided by the data controller has been acquired, the interested party gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes indicated in the information.
