Can I exchange a purchased product?
Of course, you just need to activate the online procedure to change the size or color of the product you have purchased. Remember that to make the change you must be a registered user.
1. access your profile
2. go to the "My orders" section, select the order that contains the product you want to change and click on "Change". During the request you can indicate the data and the time slot in which you prefer the courier to pick up your product. Make sure you choose a date within 14 days since you initiated your request.
3. remember that your return must be taken over and accepted by our warehouse before the procedure for sending your new order can be activated.
I received a damaged or failed product: what should I do?
In case of defects of any kind you can easily make a return.
If you are a Registered User, access your My Account, go to the My Orders section, select "Request a return" and specify the problem encountered.
If you are not a Registered User, please contact our Customer Service directly.
Once we have received your return and inspected the damage, we will submit your refund request. Remember that we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition as you received them. We will update you regularly via email until we confirm the refund.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the appropriate checks. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement. After a few days you will be able to verify the credit of the sum.
